These are my tried and tested ways to lose weight, i was 68 kg 2 months before and now i am 59 kg.

These are my tried and tested home remedies for hair growth that helped me to grow my hair longer and thicker. 


  1. The Hot Oil Treatment.

    I can’t stress this enough how much this helped me trigger my hair growth. If you are really looking for triggering your hair growth, you need to pamper your hair and scalp with the hot oil treatment. No Exceptions. Do regular hot oil treatments. If you cannot keep the oil overnight then at least keep it for an hour but please don’t skip it. The hot oil actually helps in enhancing the nutrients of oil and when you massage the oil to your scalp, it stimulates blood circulation which helps in faster and thicker hair growth. Usually you can use any oil that suits your hair type for the hot oil treatment but I have personal favorite mix of oils that actually helped me achieve thicker hair.

  2. Curry Leaves and Neem Leaves for Hair Growth.

    Curry leaves and neem leaves are widely used n hair care routines since the ancient times. These leaves not only make your hair grow faster but also soothe your scalp. To use these simply heat 2 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil and add few neem leaves and curry leaves to it. heat on low flame until the leaves turn brown. Now let it cool down. Strain it and apply this oil regularly. This works great for fighting hair loss too.
  3. Coconut Milk.

    Coconut milk is extremely rich in moisturizing and healing properties. It works like a charm for your hair. Give it a try, you will love it. If you are in hurry, just mix the coconut milk with honey and apply it on your hair. This will not only make your hair grow faster but will eventually help in making your hair straight too.

I use it for making my hair oil for hair loss and dandruff, my hair mask to cover gray hair. The simplest way to use hibiscus for hair growth is simply grind this ower and yogurt and make a hair mask. This hair mask has proved really effective for me. It actually controls hair fall and covers your grey hair too.

  5.  Onion Juice.

    Onion juice is one of the ingredient that can skyrocket your hair growth. I use it whenever my hair feels bit limp or I feel the weather change has been too harsh for my hair. I use it with castor oil and bhrigraj oil. This helps in covering up the pungent smell too. But if you’re in hurry, the simplest way is to extract onion juice and simply apply it directly on your scalp and use your shower cap. Keep the mask on for 25 minutes and then shampoo and condition your hair as usual. I can absolutely guarantee, that if you do this regularly, i.e. every week, then you will see an incredible speed in your hair growth. This works great for male pattern baldness too.

  6. Aloe Vera.

    If we are talking about ways to grow hair faster, we have to mention Aloe Vera. The reason being aloe Vera is a blessing of nature for our hair and skin. There are lot of different ways you can use aloe Vera for hair growth but my top suggestions would be to use it as following:

      - An overnight hair mask: Simply scoop out the fresh gel mix it with honey and apply it directly onto your hair and scalp. Leave overnight and wash it off the next morning. This will not only make your hair grow faster but will also make them healthy and shiny. This is my secret to overnight glossy hair.

     - Fenugreek and Aloe Vera Hair Mask: I use it to make a hair rinse by mixing it with fenugreek seeds. It also works great for frizzy hair.


  7. Apple Cider Vinegar.

    Apple Cider Vinegar is one of the best things for hair growth. I use it each time I wash my hair. To use ACV, simply dilute 1 tbsp of ACV into 1 Cup of water and take the final rinse of it. I usually let it stay in my hair and don’t rinse it with normal water. The reason being the ACV controls and maintains PH of our scalp and thus triggers growth inside out. If you are not using ACV yet, then you need to start using it. You can buy ACV from here (Apple Cider Vinegar).

    Yes, you heard it right! Plain water. Water plays a crucial role in your hair’s overall health. Start drinking more water at least 12-15 glasses per day and it would pay off. The more the merrier. Drinking water helps in flushing out toxins from your body and improves your overall health. I drink a glass of water every 45-50 minutes and it helped me so much. It made my skin clear and moisturized my dry hair from within and what not.
  9. Fenugreek Hair Mask for Hair Growth.

    I love using fenugreek seeds for hair. I use it in my hair oil to cover my grey hair naturally. I use it to make a hair rinse for hair growth and I even use it directly. If you are looking for extreme hair growth, then I would recommend you to go with this one. It’s my favorite and honestly the most effective one too. The only downside of this hair mask is that it smells a bit bitter. But you will notice the difference in your hair from the very first time.

    Method
  • Soak Fenugreek seeds overnight in water.
  • The next morning blend the soaked seeds into fine paste
  • Strain this paste using a muslin cloth. (Don’t skip this step; otherwise you will be stuck in bathroom trying to remove the little chucks from your hair.)
  • Now apply this hair mask generously on your hair and scalp. Cover with shower cap and leave it on for two hours.
  • Then rinse it off and shampoo and condition as usual.
